Customer Guide
We work hard to ensure that your visit to Higher Holistics and Elle-Jay Nail Design is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. The following customer guide provides valuable information and guidelines.
- We only see ONE client at a time. This ensures you get the full attention you deserve for the entirety of your visit - All our clients love the feeling of exclusivitiy this provides. You get your own personal therapist at no extra cost.
- All our therapists are fully qualified and insured to carry out your treatments.
- We are members of The Guild of Holistic Therapists and The Guild of Nail Technicians.
- We provide a text or email reminder service upon request. If you cannot make your appointment please contact us to cancel or to rearrange. Please give us as much notice as possible, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for any missed appointments.
- New clients will be subject to a confidential consultation which is a requirement prior to treatment. Some existing conditions such as diabetes and heart conditions, or those taking prescribed medication will be subject to approval by a medical professional or your GP. A letter must be provided.
- Pregnancy - for safety and comfort we do not carry out any treatments in the first trimester. Treatments may be possible after this time with the go ahead from your midwife. A letter must be provided.
- Please switch off all mobile phones during your appointment. We prefer to keep things quiet and stress free.
- Please make alternative arrangements for child care. This is for their safety and your enjoyment.
- Pedicures - please bring sandals or flip flops to wear home which will allow the polish plenty of time to dry.
